EAMCET 2013 Application Forms & Eligibility

EAMCET 2013 is conducted by the JNT University for annual admissions to Govt aided and some of the private colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test is conducted in the month of May for a variety of professional programs like B.Tech/B.V.Sc/ MBBS/ BDS/BHMS/B. Pharm. EAMCET exam will be conducted on May 10, 2013. Separate exams are conducted for Engineering & Medicine aspirants.

Important Dates for EAMCET 2013

Issue of EAMCET 2012 application forms: 2nd week of February
Last date for sale of application forms: Mid March
Last date for online submission & Registration without late fee : 30th Mar, 2013
Date of EAMCET 2012 Examination: 10th May, 2013

EAMCET 2013 Application Process

EAMCET application forms 2013 should be submitted to the Regional Coordinator or to the Convener, EAMCET, Examination Building, Ground Floor, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad- 500 085 by Regd. Post. EAMCET forms can also be downloaded and sent to the same address with a Demand draft payable at Hyderabad and drawn in favour of 'Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as optional subjects in the Intermediate or an equivalent course should fill up the 'E' category application. This application would be valid for B.E, B.Tech, B.Pharm (MPC) & Pharm-D (MPC) programs.
  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as optional subjects in their Intermediate should fill up the 'AM' category application. These applications are for B.Sc., B.V.Sc. & AH, B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (FST), B.Sc. (CA&BM), MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS I, BNYS, B.Pharm & B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) programs.

EAMCET Eligibility Criteria

EAMCET 2013 Eligibility criteria states the follwing:

  • A candidate must have passed or appeared 10+2 pattern examination conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education.
  • In case of a 10+3 Diploma pattern also a candidate can apply if he/she has passed or appeared for the final year examination of the qualifying program/ examination.
  • In case of pending results the admission would be subject to securing the pass marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates should be an Indian national or Persons of Indian Origin or an Overseas Citizen of India card holder.

    I want to know the eligibility to write EAMCET for children studying in gulf. How many seats are available in NRi quota. How much percentage should they get in 10+2 level.

    i have passed my diploma in Electronics and telecommunication at sholapur (Maharashtra) , i want to take B.E. in Hyderabad. am i eligible for eamcet.

    i have passed my 10th and 12th from maharashtra..but my father has a domicile srom the state of 10 years…will i get the preference..and do i have to submit the domicile during the councilling

    I am Anurag Kumar from Vizag and i have the domicile of visakhapatnam.I am appearing in 2011 CBSE board.
    I want to know whether i am eligible or not.To my knowledge the eligibilty criteria for EAMCET 2011 is as follows:
    A candidate must have passed or appeared 10+2 pattern examination conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education.
